Kampyo Sushi Recipe
To prepare kanpyo bring a pot of water to a boil.

Wash dried gourd kampyo is water. It s done when you can leave a mark by pressing your nail into the kampyo. Add sugar mirin and shoyu. Spread 1 4 of the sushi rice on the sheet and top with kanpyo.
Wash and rub with tablespoon of salt until supple. Add kampyo and simmer 15 minutes until the sauce is absorbed. Place one seaweed sheet on a sushi mat toward the front. Cut each sheet of toasted seaweed in half to make four equal sheets.
How to cook kanpyo. Add the salt to water and boil over low heat for 5 minutes.
